1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JobOps at jobops.crafting-codes.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crafting Codes, SAS. If you do not agree, do not use JobOps.

2. Description of Service

JobOps is an AI-powered career platform designed for European job seekers. The platform provides:

CV upload, parsing, and structured data extraction

AI-driven CV optimisation and ATS scoring

Professional CV generation in multiple templates (PDF export)

Job application tracking and Job Radar

AI-powered job matching via Adzuna listings

Multi-language support (EN/FR/DE/ES)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

3. Account Creation and Eligibility

AuthenticationAccounts are created and managed via Clerk. You may sign up using email/password or supported OAuth providers.

Age requirementYou must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use JobOps.

Accurate informationYou agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

Account securityYou are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately at contact@crafting-codes.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

One account per personYou may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage quotas or other restrictions.

Usage quota limits are relaxed for all users during the beta. We will notify users by email before standard limits apply.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by EU law.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. No penalties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload others' CVs without consent: You may only upload and process CV documents that belong to you or that you have explicit permission to process.

Scrape the platform: You may not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from JobOps without prior written permission.

Abuse AI quotas: You may not circumvent monthly optimisation limits through multiple accounts, automated scripts, or any other means.

Misuse the service: You may not use JobOps to transmit malware, spam, or illegal content, or engage in activity that violates applicable law.

Reverse engineer: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to access the platform source code except as permitted by law.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content

You retain full ownership of your CV content and personal data. We only use it to provide the service — never to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Our platform

JobOps design, source code, AI models, templates, and brand are owned by Crafting Codes and protected by intellectual property law.

Job data

Job listings from Adzuna are subject to Adzuna's terms and displayed for personal job-seeking purposes only.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

JobOps uses AI models (Claude, Gemini) to generate CV optimisations, scores, and job recommendations. You acknowledge that:

AI outputs are suggestions only — not professional career, legal, or regulated advice.

You should review and verify all AI-generated content before submitting to employers.

AI models may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs. We make no warranty of fitness.

ATS scores and match percentages are estimates — not guarantees of employment outcomes.

8 & 9. Liability & Termination

Limitation of Liability

JobOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months, or €100, whichever is greater. The platform is provided "as is" with no warranty of uninterrupted availability.

Termination

By you: Delete your account anytime via Settings → Data & Privacy. No penalties.

By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a security risk. Prior notice will be provided where possible.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law and applicable EU regulations. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer under mandatory consumer protection laws.

EU consumers also have access to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
